CellProthera is a biotech company based in France (Alsace) developing innovative cell therapy products (ATMP) based on a proprietary bioprocessing technology. A multi-center Phase I/IIb clinical trial is currently on-going in Europe for the treatment of Acute Myocardial Infarct patients. A safety trial has also recently started in Singapore
Your mission
Reporting to the CEO, your main duties and responsibilities are
- Supervise and manage internal team and external partners in charge of accounting and financial activities
- Ensure reliability of accounting in accordance with accounting standards
- Establish all financial reports of main company and subsidiary abroad
- Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with regulations
- Manage cash flow and propose corrective actions to the management
- Develop and implement budgets, financial plans and reporting tools to support executive management decisions
- Contribute to legal writing and analysis of business agreement
- Establish and implement processes and tools when needed to serve organizational needs
Your profile
- Master level (accounting, controlling, audit)
- Minimum 5 years experience in equivalent position in finance
- Experience in Healthcare industry
- English fluent; French a plus
- Experience in IFRS and consolidation
- Rigorous, hands-on and analytical skills
- Autonomy, high commitment and team spirit
